We have tried to make the ordering process as quick and easy as possible but please feel free to contact us with any comments, questions or suggestions.
Finding your parts
Locating the parts you need should be quick and easy by navigating through the categories or manufacturers on the menu system or search using the free text search bar in the top menu. Simply enter a part name or part no. to perform a quick search. If you are unable to locate parts this way try relaxing the search terms and using less words.
All parts and their stock status are listed where applicable. If you have a discount structure in place this will be applied automatically on login.
Postage prices are show in the basket and during the checkout process. Collection is available at no cost from our depot and this option can be selected from the basket and checkout. If you have previously placed an order your delivery details including country will be retrieved but you can change them should you need to. Postage prices and options are offered depending on your delivery country/region. If you have any questions about postage, in particular lead times please contact us for further information.
Payment via our secure checkout is completed using all major credit/debit cards. Our payment provider is Worldpay. Once payment has been completed you will receive a payment receipt from Worldpay and an order confirmation from the website. We will make further contact to advise regarding your delivery/despatch details.
You may register at any time to create an account and use that account to login to your own control panel. The control panel provides the following features:
- Manage your profile
- Change your newsletter preferences
- Change your password
- View your order history
Account creation is quick and easy but not necessary as there is a guest checkout facility. It is recommended that you do create an account to take advantage of the aforementioned website facilities and speed up your checkout process.
