How do you and your driver’s find our products on/off site?
We run a fleet of purely DAF 8 wheel Grab Lorries, All supplied by Kelberg, and our drivers love them. The DAF dealerships that look after our vehicles have been brilliant and we have made a really good relationship with the main dealers that we use in Norfolk and Suffolk. All of our trucks are fitted with Palfinger Epsilon M125 cranes with clamshell buckets, which in our opinion is the best crane that you can use for grab work, including work for utility companies, muckaway and general aggregate deliveries. This truck and crane combination has proved to be brilliant, the trucks are as good off road as they are on the road and the cranes are faultless. Our drivers are very happy with our truck and crane choice, so something must be right!
How has your overall experience with Kel-Berg been over the years and why do you continue to choose us?
We have used Kelberg for all of our truck needs for the last 14 years. We have built up a fantastic working relationship with Ronnie and the rest of the team. This has made it so easy when it comes to purchasing new trucks. A quick phone call to Ronnie when we are thinking of buying a new truck, results in a personalised quote being sent through quickly with build times included. As we are a regular customer, Ronnie knows the exact specifications that we require, so the trucks are always delivered exactly to our requirements. Kelberg are also very competitive on their prices, and the personal touch provided by Ronnie and the team means it’s always a nice pleasant experience. Trucks are always delivered to schedule, and we are kept updated on progress during the builds.
How do you find our aftersales care with regard to parts and issues?
We cannot fault Kelberg with their after sales service. Any problems we have had with new vehicles have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently, this is why we keep going back!
With regard to your latest acquisition, how satisfied have you been with the process start to finish and the final product?
We have been 100% happy with our latest trucks. They were delivered on time, on budget, and to the exact specification that we require. Ronnie and the team make it so easy to purchase a new truck, with updates throughout the build, collection and checks after delivery to ensure that we are happy with our vehicles. The team also took some fantastic photos outside of Kelberg’s premises and they supplied us with a very professional video shot from their drone when our drivers left with the new vehicles, a nice touch that we used in our own marketing campaign. All in all, we are extremely happy with the service that we receive from Kelberg every time that we order a truck from them. Kelberg have been our “go to” truck supplier for 14 years now, and this will not be changing anytime soon.
